Privacy notice

Last updated 25 October 2026

TradeCard isn't open yet. This notice covers this website, and any email you send us, until it is.

Who we are

TradeCard is run by TRADECARD LTD (Company No. 15431224), registered office Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, England, IP28 7DE. We're registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC161916, and we're responsible for the personal data described here.

This website

This website collects no personal data. There's nothing to sign up for and no form to fill in. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking.

Like every website, it runs on a hosting provider's servers (ours is Vercel), which log the technical details of each visit, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure. We don't use them to identify anyone.

If you email us

We use your email address, and anything you tell us, only to reply to you and to tell you when TradeCard opens. We don't share it with anyone or use it for anything else.

We do this because you got in touch: replying to you is in our legitimate interests, and the opening news is what you asked for.

We keep your email until TradeCard opens and we've told you, or for 12 months, whichever comes first, or sooner if you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
